Well, no one voted for this remake in my remake poll. 
So as much as I loved the old Christmas Forest, I took the authority to override the voting system and make this remake anyway for the holiday. It only comes around once a year.

Hmm, I'll admit, I didn't exactly get a "Christmas" vibe from this. It looks incredibly sinister. Like, this is not a safe place to walk in the middle of the night. A few more whites would definitely get the holiday cheer across. Maybe some snow fall? This isn't to say it's a bad piece, far from it. Your usage of shadows is great, in fact. It's a good piece. There's not much for me to say since the comment right below me covered like, all the bases!
